Newly completed, this gulf-front home is designed as a primary residence for an active couple with extended family; a modern tropical retreat. A warm, neutral color palette of whites, grays, and beiges, compliments the architect’s use of poured shell concrete flooring and rich driftwood-grey siding. These neutrals are expressed elegantly in the use of natural marble, and visually textured Caesarstone, as well as smooth matte finish white lacquer cabinetry. The neutral palette provides a restful, airy backdrop for modern furnishings, colorful artwork, and extensive views of the tropical landscaping.
